Registered user: Access your account on www.guess.in, go to Orders and select the order and all of the products that you would like to return.

Guest user: If you placed your order as a guest, click here, enter your order number and the email address used to place it.

Wrap up the goods you wish to return in the provided carton or envelope (or any other sturdy box). If you use the original packaging, please make sure to cover any previous shipping labels.

With your order you should have received a return label. Use it for your return. Take the parcel to the nearest post office and ship it. The label is prepaid, therefore the return is free of charge.

N.B.: For returns of orders delivered to a collection point, check here where you can deposit your package. If you chose in-store return, please follow the instructions received in the confirmation email.

The refund will only be issued through the payment method you chose to place the order.
