1. OVERVIEW
At GUESS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please review the following policy carefully.
2. RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns on most products, except jewellery, watches, sunglasses, lingerie, and certain hygiene-sensitive items. Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, in the same condition in which they were sold.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Returns are subject to quality control (QC) checks. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes QC inspection.
Please note:
Gift cards and coupons are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. HYGIENE & ACCESSORIES EXCEPTION
For hygiene reasons, refunds or exchanges are not offered on accessories such as jewellery, caps, socks, and inner garments once the packaging has been opened, unless the item is found to be faulty.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email customer support (CustomerCare.India@guess.eu) with product details and clear images showing the defect.
This return policy applies only to purchases made through www.guess.in.
4. HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account on www.guess.in.
- Go to Orders.
- Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return.
- A pickup will be arranged within 2–4 working days.
5. REFUND PROCESS
Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received and approved as per the return policy.
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after receipt of the return.
It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refund mode:
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunded via bank account transfer.
6. IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTE
If the package appears tampered with or the seal is broken, please do not accept the parcel and contact customer care immediately. Accepting such a package releases us from responsibility for missing, faulty, or incorrect items.
If the parcel has already been accepted, customer care must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery.
7. FAULTY PRODUCTS
We are committed to honour your rights under applicable consumer laws. If you receive a faulty product or an item different from what you ordered, we will assist you with a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
Please contact customer support (CustomerCare.India@guess.eu) with product details and images of the fault.
8. FINAL CLEARANCE ITEMS
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Flash Sale” on the product page or invoice are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, unless the item is faulty.
9. EXCHANGES
Currently, we do not offer an exchange policy.
