      How can I report a faulty item?

      GUESS products undergo strict quality checks in every step of their production, however some rare faults may occur. In case, of delivery of defective products, we suggest you to immediately contact our Customer Service. You will be requested to provide defect details and item's product code along with some pictures. Once the defect will be identified and your claim accepted, GUESS will assist you in finding a satisfactory solution, offering to return the item for a full refund or agreeing on a reduction in the price of the item.
